What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number and message you choose to send. We also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address for a short time to block spam. This site does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it is stored
Messages are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are visible only to CropCents staff.
Please don’t send sensitive details
Do not send passwords, bank or card numbers, or Social Security numbers through the contact form. We will arrange a secure way to exchange anything sensitive.

Call 605-228-8242 or send a note through the Contact button on the home page and we will answer questions or delete your message on request.
